I’m Vagelis Patelis, an esports specialist with almost a decade of experience across multiple games and formats. I work in both global LAN events and high-scale online ecosystems, ensuring competitive integrity, efficient communication, and a positive player journey. From stage operations and referee work to remote tournaments, I thrive where structure meets high pressure.

Started as a volunteer supporting my local community, and grew into managing global tournaments and projects that reach thousands of players. I'm proud to have been part of the most extraordinary projects and events around the world.

Worked across FPS, MOBAs, sports titles, and Battle Royale at online and international LAN events. Supporting players, broadcast teams, and tournament ecosystems around the globe. Community & tournament operations background with experience in team communication, competitive integrity, and live problem-solving. Training and mentoring new esports referees and tournament staff, combining hands-on industry experience with structured learning. Strong academic foundation with a B.Sc. in Physics and an M.Sc. in Energy Systems, bringing analytical thinking, leadership, and professionalism into esports environments. Always exploring opportunities to contribute, teach, build community, and elevate competitive experiences.
